Notes
- Method: Shaken
- Pour: Double Strain
- Glassware:
- Garnish: Mint sprig
- Special Prep:
- Press and slide the mint leaves in the glass.
- Add the blueberries, simple syrup and lemon juice to a shaker and shake with ice.
- Strain the cocktail into the glass.
- Add ice
- Top with the ginger beer.
