Cocoa Nib Infused Campari

Cocoa nib-infused Campari is a way to add a chocolate flavor to cocktails and can be used to modify classic drinks like the Negroni and Boulevardier.

1 tablespoons 1 1⁄2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons 3 tablespoons	Cocoa Nibs
1 cup 1 1⁄2 cup 2 cup 3 cup	Campari

Method

1. Combine cocoa nibs with Campari.
2. Seal and shake.
3. Allow to infuse for 1-2 hours (I like a longer infusion).
4. Strain off cocoa nibs.
