The classic Japanese Lemon Sour is a refreshing and easy-to-make cocktail.

Ingredients

1 oz / 25 ml 1.5 oz / 37.5 ml 2 oz / 50 ml 3 oz / 75 ml Lemon juice  
0.5 oz / 17 ml 0.75 oz / 25.5 ml 1 oz / 34 ml 1.5 oz / 51 ml Simple Syrup  
4 oz / 100 ml 6 oz / 150 ml 8 oz / 200 ml 12 oz / 300 ml Soda Water

  • Method: Shaken
  • Pour: Double Strain

Tips and Variations:

  • Shochu: Traditionally, shochu is used, but vodka works well as a substitute.
  • Honey Lemon Sour: Substitute honey syrup for simple syrup.
