This classic, sour and aromatic cocktail is traditionally considered a morning after a pick-me-up. Want to make the perfect Gin Fizz? It's all in the shake.

3⁄4 oz / 19 ml 1 1⁄8 oz / 28 ml 1 1⁄2 oz / 38 ml 2 1⁄4 oz / 56 ml	Semi-Rich Simple Syrup
1 barspoons 1 1⁄2 barspoons 2 barspoons 3 barspoons	Absinthe	St. George Absinthe Verte

• Method: Shaken
• Pour: Double Strain

• Garnish:
• Special Prep: For best results in texture, dry shake (shake without ice) before chilling to agitate the egg white. Add one ounce of soda water to the glass. Add the cocktail and expressed orange oil.
