Orgeat Syrup

Orgeat syrup is a sweet syrup made from almonds and sugar with a little rose water and/or orange flower water.

Ingredients

Amount	Ingredient
3 cups	White Sugar
2 cups	Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tsp	Orange Blossom Water
0.5 tsp	Rose Water
0.5 tsp	Almond Extract

Method

In a medium sauce pan, combine sugar and almond milk.
Stir over heat until sugar is completely dissolved.
Remove from heat and add orange blossom water, rose water, and almond extract.
Stir to combine.
