Featuring pisco, lime, egg white and sugar, the Pisco Sour is an earthy and refreshing drink. It’s also the national cocktail of Peru and Chile.

0.75 oz / 27.5 ml 1.125 oz / 41.5 ml 1.5 oz / 55 ml 2.25 oz / 82.5 ml Semi-Rich Simple Syrup  
0.75 oz / 19 ml 1.125 oz / 28 ml 1.5 oz / 37.5 ml 2.25 oz / 56.5 ml Raw Egg White / Aquafaba (chickpea water)  
1 drop Bitters Angostura Aromatic Bitters
