1 oz / 25 ml 1 1⁄2 oz / 38 ml 2 oz / 50 ml 3 oz / 75 ml	Fresh Lemon Juice
1⁄2 oz / 13 ml 3⁄4 oz / 19 ml 1 oz / 25 ml 1 1⁄2 oz / 38 ml	Semi-Rich Simple Syrup
2 to 3 oz / 50 to 75 ml 3 to 4 1⁄2 oz / 75 to 113 ml 4 to 6 oz / 100 to 150 ml 6 to 9 oz / 150 to 225 ml	Sparkling Water Topo Chico

• Special Prep: 1 For variations, drop Sloe Gin to 1 ¹⁄₂ oz. (45 ml), & add ¹⁄₂ oz. (15 ml) of your preferred spirit (Navy Strength Gin, Cognac, Pisco, or Campari).
