Notes

• Method: Shaken
• Pour: Double Strain
• Glassware: Coupe
• Garnish: Expressed lemon oil and 3 drops of Angostura Bitters
• Special Prep: For best results in texture, dry shake (shake without ice) before chilling to agitate either the egg white or aquafaba.
