The Tradewinds is a classic tiki cocktail that blends the flavors of rum, apricot, coconut, and citrus.

1 oz / 25 ml 1 1⁄2 oz / 38 ml 2 oz / 50 ml 3 oz / 75 ml	Cream of Coconut
1 oz / 25 ml 1 1⁄2 oz / 38 ml 2 oz / 50 ml 3 oz / 75 ml	Fresh Lemon Juice

Notes

• Method: Build in the Glass
• Pour: Add all ingredients directly to the glass
• Glassware:
  • Tiki
  • Crushed Ice
• Garnish: Grated Nutmeg, Pineapple Fronds and a Cocktail Umbrella
• Special Prep: Stir the drink heavily in the glass.
