0.5 oz / 18.5 ml 0.75 oz / 27.5 ml 1 oz / 36.5 ml 1.5 oz / 55 ml Rich Demerara Syrup  
0.75 oz / 19 ml 1.125 oz / 28 ml 1.5 oz / 37.5 ml 2.25 oz / 56.5 ml Egg White or Aquafaba (chickpea water)
