White Sangria

Classic | Punch | from Anders Erickson

A lighter and brighter version of the classic red sangria, made with white wine, fresh fruit, and a touch of sweetness.

Full Version (serves 5 to 6)

4 oz / 100 ml 6 oz / 150 ml 8 oz / 200 ml 12 oz / 300 ml Fresh Lemon Juice  
4 oz / 100 ml 6 oz / 150 ml 8 oz / 200 ml 12 oz / 300 ml Apricot Liqueur Giffard Orchard
6 oz / 150 ml 9 oz / 225 ml 12 oz / 300 ml 18 oz / 450 ml Fino Sherry Valdespino “Ynocente”
750 ml 1125 ml 1500 ml 2250 ml Dry White Wine Abellio Albariño

Notes

  • Method: Build in Punch Bowl
  • Pour: Add all ingredients directly to the punch bowl
  • Glassware: Punch Cups
  • Garnish: A strawberry and a peach slice
  • Special Prep: Optionally, top each glass with a splash of soda water
