Ingredients
- 2 med onions
- 1 green pepper
- 2 lb / 908 g chicken pieces
- 2 T Balti Curry Paste
- 1 bunch fresh corriander
- 8 oz / 226 g whole tomatoes
- 1/2 c / 114 g water
- 6-8 cubes chicken boulion
- 1/2 c plain yoghur
Method
Cut the onions, peppers and chicken into 1 inch by 1/2 inch pieces.
Fry them with a little oil in a high-sided pot.
Add the Curry paste, tomatoes, water, chicken cubes and 1/2 of the corriander.
Cook for 30 min on low simmer.
Right before serving, add the remaining corriander and stir in the yogurt.
Serve with rice.
