Ingredients

- 1 med onions
- 0.5 green pepper
- 1 lb / 454 g chicken pieces
- 1 T Balti Curry Paste
- 0.5 bunch fresh corriander
- 4 oz / 113 g whole tomatoes
- 0.25 c / 57 g water
- 3-4 cubes chicken boulion
- 0.25 c plain yoghur
Method
Cut the onions, peppers and chicken into 1 inch by 1/2 inch pieces.
Fry them with a little oil in a high-sided pot.
Add the Curry paste, tomatoes, water, chicken cubes and 1/2 of the corriander.
Cook for 30 min on low simmer.
Right before serving, add the remaining corriander and stir in the yogurt.
Serve with rice.
