  • 3 med onions

  • 1.5 green pepper

  • 3 lb / 1362 g chicken pieces

  • 3 T Balti Curry Paste

  • 1.5 bunch fresh corriander

  • 12 oz / 339 g whole tomatoes

  • 0.75 c / 170 g water

  • 9-12 cubes chicken boulion

  • 0.75 c plain yoghur

Method

Cut the onions, peppers and chicken into 1 inch by 1/2 inch pieces.

Fry them with a little oil in a high-sided pot.

Add the Curry paste, tomatoes, water, chicken cubes and 1/2 of the corriander.

Cook for 30 min on low simmer.

Right before serving, add the remaining corriander and stir in the yogurt.

Serve with rice.
