Ingredients

- 6 med onions
- 3 green pepper
- 6 lb / 2724 g chicken pieces
- 6 T Balti Curry Paste
- 3 bunch fresh corriander
- 24 oz / 678 g whole tomatoes
- 1.5 c / 341 g water
- 18-24 cubes chicken boulion
- 1.5 c plain yoghur
Method
Cut the onions, peppers and chicken into 1 inch by 1/2 inch pieces.
Fry them with a little oil in a high-sided pot.
Add the Curry paste, tomatoes, water, chicken cubes and 1/2 of the corriander.
Cook for 30 min on low simmer.
Right before serving, add the remaining corriander and stir in the yogurt.
Serve with rice.
