- 8 med onions
- 4 green pepper
- 8 lb / 3632 g chicken pieces
- 8 T Balti Curry Paste
- 4 bunch fresh corriander
- 32 oz / 904 g whole tomatoes
- 2 c / 454 g water
- 24-32 cubes chicken boulion
- 2 c plain yoghur
Method
Cut the onions, peppers and chicken into 1 inch by 1/2 inch pieces.
Fry them with a little oil in a high-sided pot.
Add the Curry paste, tomatoes, water, chicken cubes and 1/2 of the corriander.
Cook for 30 min on low simmer.
Right before serving, add the remaining corriander and stir in the yogurt.
Serve with rice.
