Ingredients
Scaled 0.5
- 3 oz / 85 g semi-sweet chocolate
- 0.25 c / 50 g sugar
- 0.25 c rum
- 1.5 T light corn syrup
- 1 c crushed vanilla wafers (approx. 50)
- 0.5 c / 70 g ground walnuts
- sugar to coat
Method
In a saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat.
When melted, remove from the heat and stir in the sugar, rum and corn syrup.
Fold in wafers and nuts.
Shape mixture into 1 inch diameter balls and roll in sugar.
Store in airtight container for three days before eating.
