Ingredients

  • Glaze

  • 1/4 c / 50 g sugar

  • 2 T corn starch/flour

  • 1/3 c / 76 g water

  • 1/3 c grenadine syrup

  • 1 T lemon juice

  • Filling

  • 1 pie crust (9 inch)

  • 1 3/4 pack instant vanilla pudding

  • 1 1/4 c / 284 g milk

  • 1 c / 240 g sour cream

  • 2 c strawberries, sliced

Method

Glaze

Combine ingredients.

Heat over medium heat until thickens and bubbly.

Let cool.

Filling

Combine pudding mix, sour cream and milk

Beat for 1 min

Turn into blind baked pie crust

Spread 1/3 of glaze over mixture.

Arrange strawberries

Pour over remaining glaze.

Cool until serving
