  • 1 T corn starch/flour

  • 0.25 c / 57 g water

  • 0.25 c grenadine syrup

  • 0.5 T lemon juice

  • Filling

  • 0.5 pie crust (9 inch)

  • 1 pack instant vanilla pudding

  • 0.75 c / 170 g milk

  • 0.5 c / 120 g sour cream

  • 1 c strawberries, sliced

Method

Glaze

Combine ingredients.

Heat over medium heat until thickens and bubbly.

Let cool.

Filling

Combine pudding mix, sour cream and milk

Beat for 1 min

Turn into blind baked pie crust

Spread 1/3 of glaze over mixture.

Arrange strawberries

Pour over remaining glaze.

Cool until serving
