Ingredients

Glaze
- 0.25 c / 50 g sugar
- 1 T corn starch/flour
- 0.25 c / 57 g water
- 0.25 c grenadine syrup
- 0.5 T lemon juice
Filling
- 0.5 pie crust (9 inch)
- 1 pack instant vanilla pudding
- 0.75 c / 170 g milk
- 0.5 c / 120 g sour cream
- 1 c strawberries, sliced
Method
Glaze
Combine ingredients.
Heat over medium heat until thickens and bubbly.
Let cool.
Filling
Combine pudding mix, sour cream and milk
Beat for 1 min
Turn into blind baked pie crust
Spread 1/3 of glaze over mixture.
Arrange strawberries
Pour over remaining glaze.
Cool until serving
