Ingredients

Glaze
- 0.5 c / 100 g sugar
- 4 T corn starch/flour
- 0.75 c / 170 g water
- 0.75 c grenadine syrup
- 2 T lemon juice
Filling
- 2 pie crust (9 inch)
- 3.5 pack instant vanilla pudding
- 2.5 c / 568 g milk
- 2 c / 480 g sour cream
- 4 c strawberries, sliced
Method
Glaze
Combine ingredients.
Heat over medium heat until thickens and bubbly.
Let cool.
Filling
Combine pudding mix, sour cream and milk
Beat for 1 min
Turn into blind baked pie crust
Spread 1/3 of glaze over mixture.
Arrange strawberries
Pour over remaining glaze.
Cool until serving
