  • 8 T corn starch/flour

  • 1.25 c / 284 g water

  • 1.25 c grenadine syrup

  • 4 T lemon juice

  • Filling

  • 4 pie crust (9 inch)

  • 7 pack instant vanilla pudding

  • 5 c / 1135 g milk

  • 4 c / 960 g sour cream

  • 8 c strawberries, sliced

Method

Glaze

Combine ingredients.

Heat over medium heat until thickens and bubbly.

Let cool.

Filling

Combine pudding mix, sour cream and milk

Beat for 1 min

Turn into blind baked pie crust

Spread 1/3 of glaze over mixture.

Arrange strawberries

Pour over remaining glaze.

Cool until serving
