  • 14 oz / 395 g bottle ketchup
  • 8 oz / 226 g bottle Open Pit BBQ sauce
  • white wine
  • 0.5 lb / 227 g brown sugar
  • 1 T horseradish
  • 1 t mustard powder
  • 0.5 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 t / 3 g baking soda

Method

  1. Mix ketchup and BBQ sauce.
  2. Wash out bottles with dry white wine and add to ketchup/BBQ sauce mixture.
  3. Add remaining ingredients
