- 2.5 c / 625 g Sour cream (300ml)
- 8 t Prepared horseradish
- 4 T Lemon juice
- 2 T Onion, finely chopped
- 0.5 t Cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- If prepared ahead of time, keep refrigerated.
- Serve.
