  • 2.5 c / 625 g Sour cream (300ml)

  • 8 t Prepared horseradish

  • 4 T Lemon juice

  • 2 T Onion, finely chopped

  • 0.5 t Cayenne pepper

  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. If prepared ahead of time, keep refrigerated.
  4. Serve.
