  • 5 c / 1250 g Sour cream (300ml)

  • 16 t Prepared horseradish

  • 8 T Lemon juice

  • 4 T Onion, finely chopped

  • 1 t Cayenne pepper

  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. If prepared ahead of time, keep refrigerated.
  4. Serve.
