  • 2 c / 500 g Sour cream

  • 4 T Dijon mustard

  • 4 T Regular mustard

  • juice from 1/2 lemon

  • 4 t / 20 g Sugar

  • 8 t Shredded cilantro leaves

  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Keep refrigerated if prepared ahead of time.
  4. Serve.
