  • 3 lb / 1362 g ground beef

  • 4 cloves garlic minced

  • 4 t / 24 g salt

  • 4 t / 20 g sugar

  • 32 oz / 904 g can tomatoes

  • 16 oz / 452 g can tomato sauce

  • black pepper

  • oregano

  • basil

  • *pasta*

  • 16 oz / 452 g cooked spaghetti

  • *mixed cheese topping*

  • 2 c / 480 g sour cream

  • 6 oz / 169 g cream cheese

  • 12 green onions (scallions) chopped

  • 2 c / 180 g grated cheddar chees

Method

  1. saute meat and garlic in small amount of oil
  2. add rest of meat section's ingredients and simmer 30 minutes
  3. put a little tomato sauce into bottom of a 9×13 ovenproof casserole.
  4. add spaghetti
  5. add mixed cheese topping
  6. add meat sauce
  7. top with cheddar

Cook 45 minutes at 350 degrees
