  • 8 cloves garlic minced

  • 8 t / 48 g salt

  • 8 t / 40 g sugar

  • 64 oz / 1808 g can tomatoes

  • 32 oz / 904 g can tomato sauce

  • black pepper

  • oregano

  • basil

  • *pasta*

  • 32 oz / 904 g cooked spaghetti

  • *mixed cheese topping*

  • 4 c / 960 g sour cream

  • 12 oz / 339 g cream cheese

  • 24 green onions (scallions) chopped

  • 4 c / 360 g grated cheddar chees

Method

  1. saute meat and garlic in small amount of oil
  2. add rest of meat section's ingredients and simmer 30 minutes
  3. put a little tomato sauce into bottom of a 9×13 ovenproof casserole.
  4. add spaghetti
  5. add mixed cheese topping
  6. add meat sauce
  7. top with cheddar

Cook 45 minutes at 350 degrees
