Ingredients

- 80 oz / 2260 g frozen chopped spinach
- 8 c herbed bread stuffing
- 8 onions chopped finely
- 24 eggs beaten
- 4 T / 68 g garlic salt
- 2 t thyme
- 2 t black pepper
- 3 c / 681 g melted butter
- 2 c / 200 g grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Cook the spinach and drain well
- All all the other ingredients
- Chill for at least one hour
- Shape into small (golf) balls
- Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees
- May be frozen before baking
