Lovely and dead simple sauce to make salmon come alive.
Ingredients
Scaled 2
- 2 T dijon mustard
- 2 T honey
- 1 t tarragon
- 2 plum tomato sliced thin
- 2 T capers, chopped
- 0.5 c / 114 g white wine (for the pan)
Method
- Mix all ingredients (except the wine).
- spread on top of salmon fillets (or loin cuts)
- pour wine in baking tray
- bake for 18-25 minutes on 350F
