Ingredients
- 1.3 lb penne (600g)
- 7 T butter
- 1/2 t red pepper flakes
- 1 c vodka
- 1 c pureed plum tomatoes (pasata)
- 1 c cream
- 1 c parmesan cheese
Method
start cooking the pasta, when you pour it in start the sauce
melt butter in skillet big enough to hold the pasta
add pepper flakes and vodka, simmer 2 min
add tomato, simmer until 2 mins left on pasta
add cream, simmer 2 min
add 2 large spoonfuls of pasta water and pasta, stir together for 1 min
add cheese, stir
serve
