Ingredients
- 20 oz frozen or fresh broccoli
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 can condensed cheedar cheese soup
- 1/2 t oregano
- 8 oz can chopped tomoato
- 3 T parmesan chees
Method
Cook the broccoli in water or microwave until tender.
Combine eggs, soup, tomatoes and oregano with broccoli.
Turn into 8×8in baking dish and top with cheese.
Bake at 350F for 30 min or until heated through.
