Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger/mince

  • 1/2 packet of dried french onion soup mix

  • 1 med onion, chopped

  • 1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 c water

  • 1 t beef bouillon

  • 1 c sour cream

Method

Brown the hamburger with the onions, drain fat away.

Add the mushrooms and cook until soft.

Add the water, soup mix and boullion. Simmer for 15 min.

Before serving, off the heat, add the sour cream.

Serve on rice or noodles.
