Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c Sour cream (300ml)
- 4 t Prepared horseradish
- 2 T Lemon juice
- 1 T Onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 t Cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- If prepared ahead of time, keep refrigerated.
- Serve.
