Ingredients

  • 2 cubed chicken breasts

  • 1 T garlic

  • 1 T ginger

  • 5/6 peeled diced tomatoes

  • 1 c of water

  • 1 green chili diced

  • 1/2 t dried chili flakes

  • 1/2 c yogurt

Method

  1. fry cubed chicken breasts (two) in sunflower oil
  2. add garlic and ginger
  3. add all other ingredients, except yogurt
  4. simmer on low temp for 45 min...
  5. add yogurt before serving
