Ingredients

  • *meat sauce*

  • 1.5 lb ground beef

  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • 2 t salt

  • 2 t sugar

  • 16 oz can tomatoes

  • 8 oz can tomato sauce

  • black pepper

  • oregano

  • basil

  • *pasta*

  • 8 oz cooked spaghetti

  • *mixed cheese topping*

  • 1 c sour cream

  • 3 oz cream cheese

  • 6 green onions (scallions) chopped

  • 1 c grated cheddar chees

Method

  1. saute meat and garlic in small amount of oil
  2. add rest of meat section's ingredients and simmer 30 minutes
  3. put a little tomato sauce into bottom of a 9×13 ovenproof casserole.
  4. add spaghetti
  5. add mixed cheese topping
  6. add meat sauce
  7. top with cheddar

Cook 45 minutes at 350 degrees
