Ingredients

  • 20 oz frozen chopped spinach

  • 2 c herbed bread stuffing

  • 2 onions chopped finely

  • 6 eggs beaten

  • 1 T garlic salt

  • 1/2 t thyme

  • 1/2 t black pepper

  • 3/4 c melted butter

  • 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  1. Cook the spinach and drain well
  2. All all the other ingredients
  3. Chill for at least one hour
  4. Shape into small (golf) balls
  5. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees
  • May be frozen before baking
