  Until Uncle Frank made this for us, I assumed that Boursin was a branded product with a secret recipe. This is a really close cousin and it is fun to customise it to what you like.
• Buffalo Wings
  Football day classic.
• Chinese Pork Dumplings
  Our good friend Keith Namiot taught us how to make these back in 1995, when we were living in New York.
• Courgette Fritters
  We do many versions of these, but this is a good one. Add a bit of feta for a treat!
• Curry Dip
  My mom made this all the time growing up. I think it was originally from a Milwaukee Junior League recipe book.
• Fried Dill Pickles
  If you like pickles, you will like this. It sounds odd, but it works.
• Spinach Balls
  You will be amazed how tasty these are and how quickly they are eaten.
