  • Almut's Quick Key Lime Pie
There is an apocryphal story about how Jim Haswell and Pete Remmington made every type of Key Lime pie they could find a recipe for and settled on this super cheat version. No matter it was arrived to, it is excellent.
  • Blueberry pie
I grew up helping my mom make this. She would get loads of blueberries from farmers who worked with my dad and we would make up to six pies at a time and freeze a few.
  • Chocolate Polenta Souffle Cakes
  • Cinnamon Ice Cream
It's a good thing I don't have an ice cream maker any more. This is too good.
  • Elegant Strawberry Pie
This recipe is the classic version; however, to speed things up, Angela often omits the glaze altogether.
  • Fruit Kuchen (Muerbeteig)
I learned this from my grandmother. I love it with peaches, but it's great with plums and apples.
  • Jamies' Frangipane and Raspberry Jam Tarts
    Really simple and delicious.
  • Lemon Posset
It's remarkable that something that takes only minutes to make tastes so luxurious. Serve it as it is, with small shortbread biscuits, or with a few raspberries later in the summer.
  • Plum Clafouti
I Normandy classic, it is a great way to eat up extra fruit from your tree. You can use other fruits as well. Cherries are a particular favourite.
  • Plum Crumble
Very simple, but the booze makes it feel sophisticated.
  • Profiterole
Angela makes these really nicely and has become the boys absolute favourite special treat. She often uses chocolate pudding instead of the marscapone filling in this recipe..
  • Pumpkin Pie
This is pretty close to most of the pumpkin pie recipes you find. Vary the spices to your taste.
