We make this dish about once a month. It is quick and tastes sophisticated. Our boys liked it from a young age as well.
Method
- Brown the hamburger with the onions, drain fat away.
- Add the mushrooms and cook until soft.
- Add the water, soup mix and bouillon. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Before serving, off the heat, add the sour cream.
- Serve on rice or noodles.
