This recipe is the classic version; however, to speed things up, Angela often omits the glaze altogether.
Method
Glaze
- Combine ingredients.
- Heat over medium heat until thickens and bubbly.
- Let cool.
Filling
- Combine pudding mix, sour cream and milk
- Beat for 1 min
- Turn into blind baked pie crust
- Spread 1/3 of glaze over mixture.
- Arrange strawberries
- Pour over remaining glaze.
- Cool until serving.
