This tastes so much better than store bought cranberry sauce. And it is great on turkey sandwiches or in your morning yogurt.
Method
- Combine cranberries, preserves, sugar and water in large saucepan.
- Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
- Simmer uncovered 20 minutes. Skim foam, remove from heat.
- Stir in walnuts and orange peel
- Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
