This one is a bit of a love or hate. If you don't like the taste of poppy seeds, you likely will not like this cookie.
Method
- Combine into smooth dough.
- Divide dough in half and form log.
- Roll in more sugar.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Slice into 1/4 inch rounds, place on cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes in 325F/170C oven.
