These are very simple and very moorish. And, get good rum, it makes a big difference.
Method
- In a saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat.
- When melted, remove from the heat and stir in the sugar, rum and corn syrup.
- Fold in wafers and nuts.
- Shape mixture into 1 inch diameter balls and roll in sugar.
- Store in airtight container for three days before eating.
