Serve this in a bowl, hot. Eat on Cos lettuce leaves and spoon on the sauce.
Method
- mix sauce and let sit
- brown meats in a hot wok
- season well
- remove meat
- in the wok, add sesame oil and fry the garlic, chilli, ginger and brown sugar
- add meat back and mix
- add soy sauce
- add scallions
